Head of Latin American Account Management
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 About the Role: Head of Latin American Account Management The Team: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within our Latin American Account Management team. This is a dynamic team with strategic thinkers that have a passion for client success and a proven ability to drive results which makes a significant impact on our business in Latin America. Responsibilities and Impact: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee our Latin American Account Management team, specifically managing the holistic Market Intelligence portfolio. This role will be pivotal in driving retention and revenue growth across a diverse regional account portfolio valued at $39M. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in client strategy development, performance optimization through analytics, and team leadership. Lead the Latin American Account Management team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client engagement and business success Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies that drive retention and revenue growth across Central America, the Caribbean (excluding Bermuda and Cayman Islands), and South America Utilize analytics to optimize account performance and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio Manage change effectively within the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands Cultivate strong relationships with clients, enhancing engagement and satisfaction to support long-term business success Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account management strategies with overall business goals Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and a collaborative work environment Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and initiatives What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management or related fields, with a focus on regional portfolios Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth in a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy development Exceptional change management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams through transitions Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of the Latin American market dynamics Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Please note: The hiring process will be completed in English.
