Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies tailored to Serbia. Oversee the setup and daily operations of the Live Casino studio. Lead recruitment, retention, and HR processes, ensuring alignment with Serbian regulations. Foster a high-performance company culture and establish the studio as a top workplace. Optimize staffing, workflows, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal documentation. Monitor and improve operational performance using data-driven insights. Develop risk mitigation, crisis management, and business continuity plans. Oversee vendor relationships, facilities, and logistics. Manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Strong English and Serbian communication skills. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus. Extensive operations management experience, ideally in iGaming. Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams. Proficiency in operational management systems and data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
