Responsibilities + Procure and Manage the necessary material and Human resources to Perform all the Activities related to internal and External Logistic + Keep the adequate Process Controls to guarantee the Process Stability and Continuous Improvement + Monitor Compliance with Applicable Norms and Procedures, including Legal , Health , Safety and Environmental + Monitor Key Process Indicators (KPI) and implement applicable actions to comply with internal and external Targets + Elaborate Procedures, Strategies Plans and Forecasts as required By the Business Unit + Periodic Presentations of Status , results , escalations and action plans to Upper management + Promote development programs for Employees as well as perform periodic Performance Evaluations + Promote Team work and Continuous Improvement of process, performance Required Skills & Experience + 5+ years experience as Logistics Manager + Fluent English + Bachelor degree + Proficient in SAP Usage as well as Microsoft Office + Advanced Level in Excel + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , analytical and problem solving skills, team player, good interpersonal, negotiation skills, strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
