Join Our Team as Head of Maintenance and Utilities!

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for excellence in maintenance and utilities management? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Maintenance and Utilities, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, safety, governance, and compliance at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead & Develop Teams – Provide strong leadership to the Maintenance & Utilities teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

·  Champion Safety Culture – Drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring that all safety protocols, procedures, and best practices are strictly followed and continuously improved.

·  Ensure Governance & Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring operations align with cGMPs, FDA regulations, and international guidelines.

· Optimize Operations – Oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance efforts to maintain seamless plant operations while enhancing equipment reliability and infrastructure stability.

· Drive Continuous Improvement – Lead process enhancements, implement best practices, and conduct thorough root cause analyses to prevent issues and improve efficiency.

· Manage Budgets & Projects – Develop and monitor departmental budgets, oversee investment projects, and support capital expenditure planning with a strategic mindset.

· Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

· Educational Background: university degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent; MS or MBA preferred.

· Experience: 10+ years in ideally pharmaceutical operations, including managerial experience in engineering.

· Expertise: Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

·  Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop talent, drive engagement, and instill a culture of accountability and safety.

· Safety & Compliance Focus: Demonstrated experience in ensuring safety culture adherence and regulatory compliance within complex operations.

· Technical Proficiency: Experience in process engineering, energy systems, calibration, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.

· Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with structured decision-making capabilities.
