Job Objective

Planning, controlling and monitoring of all maintenance related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve the relevant KPIs (e.g. technical availability, preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations) and targetsDevelop and execute systematics to improve the competitiveness of the location (e. g. TOM (time-optimizedmaintenance) workshop); set up and execute the Total Productive Maintenance systematic within the location and ensure that the tasks in the HelPS roadmap related to maintenance are fulfilledDevelop the maintenance strategy and apply the TPM technology for the location.

Duties and Responsibilities

A ) Maintenance Management

Ensure the short-, mid- and long-term organization of the maintenance department regarding headcount planning, employee development and the knowledge of the team regarding the technologies within the locationOrganize the instruction and information of the employees regarding maintenance methodologies and processes regarding corrective and preventive maintenance
Develop, establish and support concepts for autonomous maintenance within the locationSet up, maintain and control the spare part management within the location.

B ) Leadership

Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasksGuiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasksParticipating in hiring process and responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well
