Responsibility: 

P&L Responsibility and Portfolio Management including managing the monthly financial plans for the Marine portfolio. Define and execute the strategies and work with relevant stakeholders to drive local execution. Significant focus on successful roll out of key new business opportunities and manage the existing business. Lead development of Marine Insurance distribution, including overseeing marketing plans. Manage all Marine insurance distribution channels.  Product development and innovation, including conceptualizing new product delivery and product filling. Engage key Chubb internal partners and stakeholders to assist in delivery of the strategic vision. 

 

Requirements and Experience: 

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Ability to understand and manage the Marine P&L including annual budgeting and forecasting.  Demonstrated Analytical skills and ability to evaluate underwriting risks within designated authority. Strong knowledge of and extensive existing networks in the Marine Industry. Effective communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, external and internal stakeholders. Experience leader with strong people management skills.
