Head of Marketing

JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with Fresenius Medical Care Korea’s business objectives. This role involves overseeing product positioning, market research, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive demand and expand market presence. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in establishing Fresenius as a leader in renal care and medical devices, leveraging innovative marketing approaches to engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES


Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and support the company’s sales goals.Lead initiatives focused on brand building, product differentiation, and customer engagement.


Product Marketing & Positioning:

Define and refine product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and end-users.Collaborate closely with Product Development and Sales to ensure products meet market needs and expectations.


Market Research & Insights:

Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.Translate insights into actionable strategies and provide recommendations to inform product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales strategies.


Brand Management:

Strengthen the Fresenius Medical Care brand by implementing a consistent brand strategy across all channels.Ensure brand messaging aligns with global standards and resonates with local audiences in Korea.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with relevant departments to create targeted marketing materials, training, and presentations.Support the sales team with tools and resources to effectively promote products and enhance customer experience.


KOL & Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare industry.Engage in collaborative efforts to support educational programs, product advocacy, and thought leadership.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Set measurable KPIs and utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.Provide regular reports and adjust strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness.


JOB QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.At least 10-15 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare or medical device industryStrong understanding of the healthcare and medical device industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer dynamics.Familiarity with renal care products or dialysis-related services is a plus.Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, clients, KOLs, and other key stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing business priorities.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
