Head of Marketing
What You'll Do:
Lead marketing strategy and execution across various channels. Manage performance marketing, lead generation, and reporting for measurable success. Collaborate with senior leadership to build the brand and attract new clients. Guide PR, content creation, and thought leadership to strengthen our market presence. Work with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns that align with business goals. Mentor and manage an internal team and external agencies to execute marketing plans. Keep the brand aligned with key sector trends and opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a marketing generalist, ideally in a B2B environment. Ideally 8-10 years’ experience with Management experience Strong background in performance marketing and lead generation with a track record of achieving measurable ROI. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital platforms. Experience in event management, brand building, PR and content creation. Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications Excellent communication skills and be able to develop an excellent team. Understanding of Account Based Marketing principles a plus. Agency experience preferred, with the ability to navigate high-pressure, client-focused settings. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
