Requirements

Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years specifically in campaign managementProven track record in both brand building and sales activation campaigns in the Australian marketStrong understanding of Australian consumer behavior and market dynamicsExperience working with international stakeholders while executing local market campaignsStrong analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in:Campaign performance analysisBudget management and ROI optimizationAustralian market trend analysis and interpretationData-driven decision makingExperience managing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, and integrated)Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial marketing budgets
