You’ll make a difference in:Regional (LCB) Marketing Strategy: Plan and implement regional marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, deepen client relationships to support business growth and drive key portfolio and offering-related topics.  Marketing Alignment & Integration: Ensure alignment and integration of marketing, communications, and transformation activities across customer verticals, portfolios, and geographies, using internal and external insights.Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify country business priorities and define marketing strategies that align with regional objectives.Strategic Marketing Support: Provide strategic marketing advice to senior leaders to help achieve their project and program goals.Regional Program Leadership: Drive the successful implementation of global programs across the LCB SG region. Actively participate in global forums, ensuring the region’s priorities are represented and integrated into global initiatives.Customer Engagement & Market Presence: Elevate market presence by identifying opportunities for customer interaction through relationship programs and external events.Internal Communications: Work with the leadership team to drive employee engagement activities, including business updates, newsletters, training programs and team building activities. Manage Various Communication Channels: Drive marcom objectives as part of the integrated communications approach, including, but not limited to digital communications, trade shows, direct mail, website, advertising, demand generation.ROI Measurement: Assess the impact of marketing and communication campaigns through advanced data analytics to ensure effectiveness and optimize performance. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:Experience & Expertise: 7-10 years of experience in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, with strong technical marketing expertise.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, mass communications, or related fields preferred.Multicultural & Matrix Management: Proven experience managing and influencing within a multicultural, matrix organization.Team Collaboration & Leadership: Strong team player with a balance of leadership and collaboration skills, able to earn trust and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives.Hands-on & Detail-Oriented: Proactive, self-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate integrated marketing and communication activities to achieve regional results.
