The Position

Head of Marketing & Consulting

The opportunity: 

Leads the Marketing and Consulting Teams and cooperates with various other functions across the organization ensuring achieving the best results for the patients, customers and company.

Aims to position our (local) Brand Roche as a whole to create the most desired reputation and relevance for our current and future stakeholders to realize RDP’s  vision, and strategy.

Generates cross portfolio market  and customer opportunities and creates the right environment to connect with customers and other healthcare system stakeholders and meet their needs.

Anticipates portfolio and pipeline evolutions and defines strategic portfolio priorities to sustain a strong competitive and differentiated position in the market.

Facilitates the generation of  market and stakeholder insights and the usage of this data for the creation and execution of the strategy.

Supports the creation, execution and tracking of Integrated Network Plans.

Ensures robust, ambitious financial planning of sales and promo spend (in collaboration with other commercial functions) as well as tracking of actuals vs plan.

Creates and continuously improves the Value Proposition with members of the team based on customer experience and data.

Stimulates close collaboration within and between the networks.

Ensures the quality of the consulting products to be a key differentiator in the market.

Drives innovation, execution and process improvement in the team.

Directly manages the Network Marketing Leads, as well as the Chapter leads for the Customer Solution Chapter and the Consulting Chapter. 

Coaches, develops and engages leaders and employees in the new ways of working and builds a culture that makes Roche a great place to work and grow.

Completed relevant University degree.

Minimum 5 years of  experience in Healthcare market(ing) and/or sales / consulting expertise

Good knowledge of the Healthcare industries and stakeholders

Knowledge of healthcare system/ financing of hospitals

Proficient Polish and English language skills
