Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Head of Moves and Change Management UKI

This role will be office based at our 1 Ardra Road London N9 0BD with Hybrid Working

What you will do

 

Lead a structured sustainable financial growth as a standalone division controlling all costs. Currently Move Management generates £1,000,000 per annum we anticipate growth around 20% per year during years 1 to 5. Increase margin performance of all move management related revenue. Effectively manage existing Move managers and assist with their development growth and training Increase in house team strategically across the UK and Ireland to further support client need. Responsible for recommending, implementing, operating technology that drives the best outcomes for client experience. Develop comprehensive operating procedures for the implementation of both Moves and Change programs in the UKI and across EMEA and APAC. Provide input to tender opportunities and pricing for Moves and Change Management, present on large tender presentations. Maintain a high-level oversight of all live projects involving move or change management Promote and develop the Workspace Brand to all FM & HR forums through network and thought leadership platforms. Provide market insight to client buying profiles aligning innovation relevant for both current and future Workspace trends. Develop clients and stake holder relationships to introduce Crown Workspace services. Responsible for vetting and negotiating costs with 3rd party suppliers to achieve accountability to a Crown Worldwide standard. Monthly performance reporting to the Workspace Senior Leadership (SLT)
