- Manage workforce capabilities to meet current and future service demands.
 Financial Oversight
- Monitor and manage the unit's budget to ensure financial stability.
- Align financial objectives with service delivery goals.
 Service Delivery Execution
- Ensure service delivery meets the defined KPIs, SLAs, and targets.
- Oversee contract compliance and quality standards.
 Collaboration with Service Sales
- Work closely with sales teams to support delivery efforts.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into service delivery strategies.
 Strategy Implementation
- Apply and communicate the Service Delivery Strategy at the unit level.
- Align unit operations with strategic objectives.
