About this opportunity:

The Head of Optimize role is a critical leadership position focused on delivering Network Optimization Services within the NDO (Network Design and Optimization) domain. The role requires ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and in line with global best practices, with a strong emphasis on achieving profitable business outcomes and high customer satisfaction

It also requires a dynamic leader who can drive innovation, foster team growth, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality network optimization services.

What you will do:

Team Development and Management: Build and manage a skilled team to meet business needs strategically and tactically.Standard Methodologies: Drive the execution of global best practices for network optimization in radio and transport networks.Sales Engagement: Work closely with leadership and sales organizations to generate leads, reinforce add-on sales, and drive top-line growth.Profitability Improvement: Collaborate with project/program organizations to enhance profitability through tools, processes, and innovative strategies, including automation and AI/ML.Tool Platform Implementation: Oversee the implementation of necessary tool platforms for network optimization within NDO.Pre-Sales Support: Assist the NDO Head in pre-sales activities, including solution definition, costing, scoping, and resource forecasting.Customer Engagement: Lead customer presentations and engage regularly with customer organizations to identify needs and build strong relationships.Competence Development: Ensure the continuous development and certification of technical skills for yourself and your team in alignment with future business demands.

The skills you bring:

Leadership: Proven ability to lead large service delivery teams in complex environments and drive them to successful outcomes.Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues proactively and provide guidance to drive them to resolution.Team Building: Foster a positive, high-energy team culture to achieve goals.Industry Experience: At least 12 years in the ICT industry, with experience from pre-sales to service delivery, including a minimum of 7 years in network optimization.Telecom Management: At least 3 years of operational telecom management experience.Technical Expertise: Strong background in 2G/3G/4G and 5G functionalities, parameters, and performance management tools.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering or IT is mandatory.Network Optimization Experience: Extensive experience in delivering 2G/3G/4G/5G Network Optimization Services, with mandatory experience in 5G.Business Acumen: Additional business-related qualifications are highly regarded.
