The Head of Business Operations and Strategy at Ericsson is a pivotal role designed to enhance service delivery and support our sales efforts. This position requires a dynamic leader who will ensure adherence to our Service Delivery Processes, Models, Tools, and Strategies while maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. The successful candidate will uphold Ericsson's values and drive performance through effective management of internal resources and partnerships with ARP/ASP.

What you will do:
Performance Management- Initiate and manage processes to ensure team compliance with established methods and tools.
- Drive improvements in understanding and performance across the unit.
Resource and Competence Management
- Strategically allocate resources to optimize cost and competence alignment.
- Ensure the right resources are deployed at the right time and cost.
Financial Management
- Oversee the unit's budget to ensure proper financial allocation and stability.
- Align financial management with service delivery objectives.
Service Delivery Execution
- Define and supervise KPI/SLA/targets to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
- Monitor and guide execution to meet delivery expectations.
Support Service Sales
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to sales efforts by providing insights and support.
Strategy Implementation
- Apply the Service Delivery Strategy at a unit level to ensure efficient operations.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for the unit.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Competency Management and SRM Process
- Expertise in managing skills and resources using Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes.
Data Analytics and Forecasting
- Proficiency in using data analytics and forecasting tools for capacity planning and decision-making.
Strategic and Financial Planning
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning and managing financial structures related to service delivery.
Sales and Market Insights
- Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to derive insights for market positioning.
Performance Management
- Experience in managing employee performance and development to achieve business goals.
Knowledge of Ericsson Business Processes
- Familiarity with Ericsson's specific business and operational processes.
