As a Product Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator program, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers.  Job responsibilities:

Drive design, delivery, launch and growth of a new business line in retail payments Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the firm Build, lead and develop a high performing team Oversee end to end business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to adhere to the firms risk appetite and conduct standards Manage financial performance and risk metrics Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders  Maintain a deep knowledge of the retail payments within Europe and globally

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience in standing up and launching new products or business lines, ideally within payments or financial services Good grasp of payments domain, including familiarity with key regulation and market dynamics in Europe An entrepreneurial mindset with strong organisational and leadership skills Familiarity and ability to collaborate with diverse business functions including strategy, product & tech, finance, legal, risk & compliance, operations, and corporate functions  Strong risk management acumen with a desire to solve hard problems Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
