Your role

Implement PMO methodologies and tools based on best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to adapt to the complexities of evolving projects and ensure competitiveness

Provide training for teams in new business areas and mentorship for project managers to foster accountability and continuous improvement

Lead the execution of new business projects to validate market viability and support the company’s growth

Drive cross-functional programs, define project objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Manage high-stakes projects and complex situations, such as post-merger integrations and major negotiations

Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery through comprehensive monitoring and reporting to senior management

Proactively identify potential risks and shortfalls to take timely actions for effective issue resolution

Your profile

Master’s or comparable university degree in business administration, technical studies or related fields with outstanding results

Profound experience in project management, with a focus on major cross-functional multi-stakeholder programs; post-merger integration and restructuring proficiency as a preferred addition

Strong and well-founded leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal competencies, with the ability to engage effectively with international senior stakeholders

Strongly results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with a can-do attitude and strong personal resilience

Fluent written and spoken English and German, Chinese is a plus

Openness to regular international travel
