Req.#781497456 **\#LI-DNI** **Responsibilities** + Provide strategic leadership for the North America Testing Practice, overseeing presales activities, consulting engagements, and project delivery + Manage a team of architects and testing experts, ensuring the successful execution of client projects and continuous improvement initiatives + Lead and support presales efforts, including RFP responses, proposal development, solution design, and client presentations + Develop and implement effective test automation strategies aligned with Continuous Testing and DevOps practices + Provide expert consulting on Agile testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, tools, and accelerators + Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements, develop case studies, and propose future-state testing solutions + Oversee the implementation of test plans and strategies from project initiation through steady-state operations and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) + Conduct workshops and assessments at client sites to analyze current testing practices and recommend future improvements + Implement automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines, leveraging cloud-native tools and modern DevOps practices + Act as a mentor and career advisor, developing future testing leaders within the practice **Requirements** + Extensive experience leading large-scale testing practices, preferably within a consulting environment + Proven track record in presales activities, including solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations + Expert-level knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies (e.g., keyword-driven, data-driven, BDD, hybrid) + Proficiency in multiple automation technology stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python) and their integration into CI/CD pipelines + Strong experience with Service Virtualization tools (e.g., CA DevTest, Parasoft, Mockito, Hoverfly, Mountebank) + Experience integrating Test Data Management solutions into automated testing pipelines + Familiarity with advanced testing tools for web, mobile, desktop, databases, and web services (e.g., Selenium, Appium, SoapUI) + Hands-on experience implementing cloud-native testing solutions and CI/CD workflows + Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI/ML in testing, cloud computing, IoT, and big data testing + Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of architects, consultants, and testers + Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred **We offer** + Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) + Health Savings Account + Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) + Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) + Employee Assistance Program + Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions + Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan + Paid Time Off – the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) + Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year + Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection + Accident Insurance + Employee Discounts + Pet Insurance + Employee Stock Purchase Program + If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program + If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program **This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.** EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
