Head of OEM Customer Service + Apply Now + Start applying with LinkedIn + **Please wait...** Job Description **Head of OEM Customer Service, Industry** **_Are you ready to lead a newly established, high-impact organization?_** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our global key account OEM customer service team in the Industry division. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow a team dedicated to supporting global accounts and selected regional OEM customers across different time zones. **What is the job about?** As the Head of OEM Customer Service, you'll ensure dedicated and tailored support for our prioritized OEMs, both globally and locally. You'll be the driving force behind our department's productivity, supporting the business, and translating strategy into concrete actions and responsibilities. You will report to the Senior Director - Customer Sales & Support Center, Industry. This role can be based in one of our Grundfos Sales offices in either Germany, USA, India or China **Your main responsibilities:** + **Leadership & Team Development:** Guide, evaluate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and comply with regulations. + **Customer Service Excellence:** Deliver tailored support for prioritized OEMs, ensuring seamless customer experiences and proactive sales support. + **Operational Efficiency:** Establish objectives, processes, and execution plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive improvement initiatives. + **Financial Management:** Oversee the budget for the OEM Customer Service organization, ensuring adherence and optimization. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Build strong interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities. **Key Success Factors:** + Growth of covered OEM accounts and customer satisfaction. + Efficient processing of tasks and response times. + High employee engagement and competence levels. + Budget compliance and optimization. **Your background:** + Master’s degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience. + Substantial customer service functional experience, preferably also combined with other end-to-end functions (sales, operations, etc.) + Deep understanding of global OEM and B2B customer processes and activities.
