Job role

 

The Head of Office is reporting directly to Head of Allianz Services Romania and supports managing the local EMC office duties consisting in a wide array of different tasks including running projects in the relevant area. Among other tasks, the Head of Office serves as a communication interface / link for the in- and outgoing information and participates / leads projects where the AZS Romania EMC involvement is necessary

 

What you will do

Take responsibility for preparation for key meetings (e.g., AZS Romania Executive Management Team meetings, management meetings, town hall meetings) Develop decision documents, prepare presentations Ensure smooth processes and communication within the Executive Management Committee of AZS Romania, prioritizes, organizes, and condenses information going into and out of the management team and local organization Contribute to the preparation of strategic analyses and combine the operational and the strategic view. Through your professional, communicative nature, you work as an interface inside and outside the company, If required, manage daily operational tasks related to the Executive Management Committee office such as: research, briefing preparation etc. Leading projects as a member of the office of the Executive Management Committee in Allianz Services means experiencing fast and exciting challenges, combined with a unique career development. · Manage and handle daily operational and logistic support tasks including the review of correspondence, agenda and calendar management, reimbursement related tasks Maintain and improve mechanisms for head office activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, processes, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities

 

What you bring

Work experience in an international environment · 7+ years of work experience in Consulting and or Project management Bachelor’s degree · English language skills in writing and speaking are essential German and / or Romanian language skills would be an advantage Excellent Microsoft Office skills, advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills are an advantage Problem solving skills as well as ability to analyse complex information Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders  Knowledge of the Allianz Group and Allianz Services structure, standards and organization would be an advantage
