**_Job Summary:_** _Being_ _responsible for_ _setting the vision,_ _leading the strategic direction, commercial execution, and operational excellence of the oncology portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, ensuring successful market access, and driving sales and marketing efforts to maximize product adoption and patient impact. The BUD –_ _Hema &_ _Onco will lead a_ _business unit in collaboration with cross-functional team,_ _engage with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards while achieving revenue and profitability goals._
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
**_Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:_**
+ _Develop and implement a comprehensive oncology business_ _vision &_ _strategy to drive market leadership._
+ _Identify and evaluate emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and market access opportunities within oncology._
+ _Lead the planning and execution of launch strategies for new oncology products._
+ _Establish short-term and long-term business objectives in alignment with corporate strategy._
+ _Commercial & Marketing Execution:_
+ _Develop and oversee the execution of oncology-specific marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning._
+ _Implement targeted customer engagement initiatives, including omnichannel and digital marketing approaches._
+ _Collaborate with Medical Affairs to integrate scientific insights and real-world evidence into marketing strategies._
+ _Ensure the effective launch and lifecycle management of oncology products._
+ _Sales & Customer Engagement:_
+ _Lead and support the oncology salesforce, ensuring effective engagement with oncologists, hematologists, and key stakeholders._
+ _Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjust strategies, and drive execution to exceed targets._
+ _Develop strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital decision-makers, and oncology networks._
+ _Oversee the development of scientific and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with market needs._
**_Market Access & Pricing Strategy:_**
+ _Collaborate with Market Access teams to_ _come up with the best_ _pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies._
+ _Work closely with_ _external stakeholders including_ _payers, regulatory bodies, and health institutions to_ _shape the environment and to_ _ensure broad access to oncology therapies._
+ _Ensure the execution of value-based pricing models and evidence-driven access strategies._
**_Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Management:_**
+ _Lead and mentor a high-performing oncology business unit team_
+ _Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the business unit._
+ _Work closely with Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and R&D to align strategies with industry requirements._
+ _Ensure ongoing training and development to enhance the team’s expertise in oncology._
+ _Financial & P&L Management:_
+ _Own and manage the P&L of the oncology business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth._
+ _Oversee budget allocation, resource optimization, and financial forecasting._
+ _Conduct business performance analyses, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiencies._
**_Regulatory & Compliance Adherence:_**
+ _Ensure all commercial activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, oncology guidelines, and ethical marketing practices._
+ _Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to navigate the approval and commercialization of oncology products._
+ _Maintain alignment with global and local compliance policies, including industry-specific oncology standards._
**_Innovation & Digital Transformation:_**
+ _Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging AI, predictive analytics, and real-world evidence._
+ _Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement._
+ _Stay ahead of oncology advancements, clinical innovations, and treatment paradigms._
**_Qualifications & Experience:_**
+ _Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or Business; MBA preferred._
+ _Experience: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in oncology commercial leadership_ _preferred_ _._
+ _Leadership: Proven track record in P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership, and business strategy execution._
+ _Oncology Expertise: Deep understanding of oncology market trends, treatment landscapes, and regulatory environments._
+ _Market Access Knowledge: Experience in reimbursement strategies, payer engagement, and oncology pricing models._
+ _Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills._
+ _Communication & Relationship Management: Ability to engage with oncologists, KOLs, regulatory bodies, and internal teams._
