Head of Online VIP
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Hybrid (set 2 days per week in Philadelphia office)

A successful online sportsbook is now expanding into online casino. The Head of Online VIP will play a critical role in leading the VIP function across our online vertical as well as successfully building and managing a book of high worth players to have a significant and immediate positive impact on our growth and success goals.
Role Summary:
Ideally this role will be filled by someone who has strong and proven experience growing and managing a large VIP player book and developing successful VIP program/s - with proven success in acquisition, retention, and growing VIP player lifetime value.
An essential part of this role will be team management of our VIP Senior Managers, and as such proven experience in developing successful VIP teams will be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for driving VIP revenue through recruiting, managing & developing a book of online VIP players, as well as working cross functionally to develop & manage CRM initiatives for the VIP players and the online loyalty program/s. This includes but not limited to
Work with Business Intelligence Analysts to run point on daily monitoring & response towards exceeding our KPIs related to VIP player activity, including but not limited to VIP player deposit amounts, their wagering volume, and VIP database churn rate.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated VIP player issues and complaints
Responsible for the VIP team management
A compliant friendly approach to VIP management, staying updated on all relevant gambling related regulations
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in a similar VIP management or VIP marketing supervisory role
Strong background in online VIP and loyalty marketing programs & initiatives (including the dynamic player journey models)
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Knowledge of online casino operations, gaming products, and promotional strategies.
Understanding of relevant gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Positively affects interactions with both external players & internal team, and has the resiliency & creativity to effectively handle challenging players
Strong ability to manage simultaneous project streams and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving company environment
Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints
Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
Travel for this role may be required up to 25% of the time
