Head of Operation Excellence (Contract Logistics)

A leading global logistics services provider is currently looking for exceptional talents to join their team in Malaysia as Head of Operations Excellence (Contract Logistics).
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and implement regionally aligned programmes & frameworks that drive CL Operations performance improvement through process re-engineering to delivery efficiency and productivity benefits, standardization and application of standards, and best practice sharing Ensure high level of Business Architecture collaboration across functions, and in particular Operations to drive efficiencies derived from digitization opportunities. Set direction that supports development and execution of regional and market-specific business architecture strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to, ISO 9001 and 14001, OHSAS 18001, TAPA and relevant customer and supplier quality requirement Maintain a systematic training and coaching approach to support resources achieve higher skills, capabilities, competencies and expertise within suitable and achievable timeframes
Requirements:
Degree Holder in Engineering Field- Industrial, Logistics, Automation or related studies MBA/PMP/Six Sigma/Lean preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior operations leadership with P&L responsibility Understanding of sub-function roles, Continuous Improvement (LEAN, 6Sigma), Business Architecture, regulations (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, TAPA), project management, team leadership, excellent communication, analytical skills in logistics and supply chain. Proficiency in designing and developing Power Platform solutions.
