The Head of Operations, Medi24, is responsible for planning, directing and improving operational performance. In this role, you will directly lead the Customer Care, Telemedical and Medical teams, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency in meeting budget and customer service targets. Working with the Executive Board and the Regional Head of Operations, you will develop and refine Operations delivery, supporting business change and growth in line with Medi24 strategy.

Relevant educational background with minimum 10 years’ experience in a health or operations environment. Minimum 5 years’ people leadership experience Demonstrated success in establishing and driving service excellence. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a hands-on proactive approach Ability to manage a large operation and lead it through change Demonstrated ability to lead people, get results through others and provide coaching/constructive feedback. Fluency in German and English, ideally with French or Italian. Ability to think strategically in a 1-3 year time span and proactively drive change. Possess a highly competent, entrepreneurial and forward thinking attitude. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Reporting Line
The Head of Operations incumbent will be a member of the Executive Board of Medi24. The position reports functionally to the Regional Head of Operations, with dotted line to the CEO of Medi24. The position requires close coordination with the Executive Board and with various entities internally and externally.
