About our Outpatients Services
This is an exciting group of services which sees St Andrew's extend its reach in to working with members of the community, both in Northampton and across the UK!
With a range of highly skilled clinical experts, Outpatient Services aims to support a range of people who need support for common mental health issues such as depression, stress and anxiety all the way to complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Outpatient Services is made up of the following areas:
Medico-legal – providing expert witnesses for criminal and civil proceedings Private Therapy clinics – assessment and treatment for people in and around Northampton Criminal Justice – working with offenders post sentence, addressing mental health issues and behaviour Veterans – on behalf of NHS England providing a Complex Treatment Service for military veterans Assertive Transitions - in partnership with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, supporting patients with a successful return to the communityThe role
As the Registered Manager you will oversee the operational delivery and development of high-quality, person-centred outpatient services. You will focus on maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, achieving performance and quality objectives, and ensuring services meet the needs of those we support.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including the implementation of key strategies and improvement initiatives, working in close collaboration with clinical, commercial and people teams.
About you
You will have extensive operational leadership experience within health and social care, ideally in outpatient or community settings. You will have a proven track record in driving service improvements and managing performance, as well as a strong understanding of CQC regulatory requirements and standards.
You will be an excellent people manager who is accustomed to developing high performing teams. You will be experienced in engaging with commissioners and external stakeholders. You will also be able to manage budgets and resources effectively and have strong organisational, problem-solving and risk management skills.
