About the Role

To collaborate closely with Operations users and cross-function stakeholders to identify, lead and execute strategic initiatives for digital transformation, system modernization, process re-engineering and continue improvement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Operations transformation portfolios which drive uplift in customer experience (NPS), increase in STP ratio / automation, adoption of advanced technology such as AI/Gen-AI, etc.Oversee and monitor consistent adherence of Group and local project governance requirements.Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement solutions to minimize business impacts.Work closely with Operations data analytics team to identify process streamline opportunities and collaborate with business users to drive execution.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Group and local executives, department heads and business users for effective communications and alignment.Lead the Operations transformation team and support team’s growth with instructions, guidance and training Timely delivery of transformation projects that are aligned with corporate strategic direction ​Coordinate with business users to articulate business pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate with stakeholders across departments to align on the business priorities and effectively manage expectation.Communicate with Group office for reporting and governance.Lead the Operations Transformation team and encourage can-do culture.Engage with vendors or consultants to communicate business requirements and validate the results delivered by external party aligns with business expectation

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines15+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in insurance industry; strong knowledge in Insurance operationsSolid experience in driving large-scale digital and complex project transformation with proven track record to deliver impactful business results.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership and communication capabilities to manage and build up rapport with different stakeholders.Experienced in leveraging data analytics to deliver tangible action plans.Strong knowledge in Agile principles and practicesProficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with good communication and presentation skills
