Oversee the overall direction of the OtD control department ensuring strategic, efficient, and comprehensive standards are implemented. Direct and coordinate the operations and objectives of the department in line with the overall organization’s goals. Design, implement and manage financial controls in relation to OtD operations. Reviewing and preparing of yearly financial statements and reports, overseeing the quality and timely delivery of these reports. Work closely with other department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support. Prepare and present financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets as required for decision making purposes. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding operations, and business transactions. Drive continual process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of OtD control functions. Create a rigorous and disciplined accounting process that ensures data accuracy and integrity. Develop strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with a view to maintaining open lines of communication and encourage continual process improvements. Lead, motivate, and support the OtD Controllership team, ensuring effective management and development of team members. Assess and mitigate risk that the organization may face, ranging from financial, operational, to reputational risk.
