Job Description:

Compensation Strategy Development:

Participate in the design, evaluation, and revision of compensation policies to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.Regularly analyze the market to determine competitive salary ranges and pay structures.Participate in the creation and management of salary scales, job grades, and pay structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs are in compliance with laws.Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data for audit.Maintain accurate records and oversee the archiving of necessary reports.

Employee Communications and Support:

Conduct training sessions to explain benefits options and compensation policies.Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to pay, benefits, and bonuses.

Human Resources Data Analysis:

Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace.Prepare regular reports to senior leadership on costs, trends, and recommendations for compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.Proven experience in compensation and benefits management or a human resources-related role.Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage confidential information.
