What the day will look like Partnering with respective stakeholders and recognising Business, ABS and Global People Organization (PO) strategies and translating direction into tactical operating plans for employee life cycle processes. Create execution and change management plans and lead ABS and Global PO Ops priority execution within region taking direction from Global PO Ops Function Leads by coordinating key initiatives and attainment of target operating model at the country/sub region/regional level. Owns regional deployment plan and execution of global imperatives and acts as single point of contact to report regional status to Global stakeholders Provide day to day tactical and strategic direction to local teams to deliver agreed to scope of PO Operations at agreed to service delivery standards. Act as main vendor manager for providers delivering in region Operations scope, managing end to end process delivery and oversight, perform all vendor management accountabilities, process owner and process oversight for in scope functions, evaluating and assessing service delivery and contract management accountable to the Global COE’s for all selection/contract management terms, delivery and service management standards set forth by ABS Lead projects development to continuum build on Teams expertise improvements by leveraging best practice in other regions and to align to global standards where exists. Build continuous improvement roadmap to fully leverage technology, centralised delivery model and continually assess work that can be evaluated to move into ABS. Recommend and implement resolutions on process and operational issues that may arise as part of steady state delivery, audit and governance. Hold team accountable with delivery measurements and quality review for all as is processes, represent PO Ops delivery to all stakeholders including PO, Finance, Compliance/Law, Data Privacy and any stakeholder requiring insights to scope catalog and delivery models. Accountable for regular quality and completeness and regular audits/signoff that all local end to end process maps, standard operational procedures and all forms and templates meets global standards. Demonstrating leadership in Asia Pacific Ops structure and capability by in-country to work towards cluster geography i.e. Phase 2. Drive harmonization across region for scope, process, documentation, and resources to enable consistent global colleague experience and align to best practice service delivery standards. Lead People with engagement as priority anchored off of operational rigor expectations. Responsible for regional report out of all in flight project statuses, risks and deliverables, as well as accountable for operational metrics design, delivery and ongoing representation on behalf of region. How this opportunity is different Leverage on global partnership teams to fully leverage scalable delivery models in most optimized fashion available across WFA and Payroll models . For example - HRGO Support, HR Service Center and other vendors. Drive all change management and adoption requirements to Target Operating Model. Provide technology and process solutions and to strengthen WFA and Payroll processing governance – Working with Global WFA, TA, Analyst, Background Checking, Data Governance and Payroll CoE model to alleviate current manuals effort that are not providing any efficiency in internal resourcing. Responsible for creation and presentation of all business cases for change including financial modelling, change management and impact assessments and nontangible risk avoidance considerations. Global Project roll out and reengineer current processes in country to continue the streamlining effort in bringing Aon’s global practice to geography location. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven track record in leading a regional team and being a point of escalation Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, and to consult, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/executing people strategies to drive business performance Proven track record of working in a complex environment ensuring that key stakeholders often with conflicting priorities are heard and supported Creative and adept at problem solving, with an appreciation of diverse cultures and regions.
