Excellent university degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience Broad and comprehensive understanding of HR methodologies, tools and principles, particularly in the areas of L&D, talent, recruitment, culture & change, and diversity Capable of setting up and steering holistic change & culture roadmaps supporting business transformation endeavours Proven experience in leadership roles Excellent communication and strong people management skills Challenger-Mindset and the ability to handle and drive change & innovation
This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).

We are filling this position at Düsseldorf for the Vodafone GmbH. Employees will be managed in Düsseldorf.
