Responsible for managing the Global HR Delivery team to ensure quality operational and administrative HR services are provided to all QBE regions. Key partner across the global People Operations team to ensure high equality employee experience, with a customer centric mindset. Actively lead the global HR Delivery team, ensuring a continuous improvement, customer-centric mindset adopted at all times.

Primary Responsibilities
• Set operational plans and strategy for HR delivery globally, including active contribution to the wider Global People Operations and GSSC Enterprise Services planning
•Own and lead operational planning for the HR Delivery Global function
•Develop and implement annual and long-term operating plans
•Participate in the operational function budgeting process
•Partner with Global People Operations Leadership team to prioritise and execute changes to deliver measurable value for QBE
•Partnering with Divisional HR teams to ensure in-scope people services are delivered to agreed SLAs and standards
•Manage the pipeline of new transitions and support the planning for HR change requests (people, process, system)
•Partner with aligned projects focused on enhancing the QBE employee experience
•Evaluating and building the capability of the PSDG team to support service evolution and new ways of working
•Proactive and effective operational management to ensure HR delivery meets all agreed standards, service and performance agreements and provides a quality employee experience at all times
•Establish and implement enhancements to all facets of operational and administrative HR
•Drive process synergies and standardization across and between regional locations being supported.
•Partnering with HR, Technology and Operational Excellence teams to plan and deliver data, process and performance improvements into HRDG
•Partner across global HR to significantly uplift the HR self-service (on line) capabilities
•Actively explore and adopt new service delivery channels, including Yammer
•Actively participate, and ultimately implement, HR experience proofs of concept that target employee experience improvements
•Drive year on year productivity savings across the HR delivery teams
•Provide timely, accurate information to internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a “no surprises” operating environment
•Formalize knowledge sharing with business partners
•Actively contribute to new service design
•Create operating transparency
•Manage all operational HR reporting regarding performance of the HR delivery teams
•Increase HR’s credibility within the QBE community through active participation in committees, communities and events
•Showcase achievements and progress of the HRDP Global team
•Drive material uplift in the user experience
•Operate efficiently and effectively, using agreed service level metrics and customer satisfaction metrics as key performance measures
•Use technology to simplify and speed up processes, lower costs, support case level decision-making, improve data accuracy, and increase productivity
•Drive improvements in SLAs and OLAs
•Scanning the external landscape for innovations and thought leadership that can be applied internally to modernise and improve service delivery
•Serve as the primary thought leader for internal customers of the operating unit for all matters related to operational excellence
•Leverage best practices across all regions served
•Leverage technology to deliver exceptional service to internal customers
•Review HR services and processes, driving optimisation, efficiency and automation in partnership with service and process owners
•Implement HR Delivery governance activities to ensure Operations becomes well managed; approach HR Delivery governance with a continuous improvement mindset
