Join Group People and Culture in the German Desk as Head of “Planning & Young Talent” and work in a dynamic Group HR function.
Group People and Culture is responsible for the development and implementation of HR initiatives worldwide. The German Desk works closely with the Operating Entities (OEs) of Allianz in Germany and the Board of Management of Allianz Germany.
The “Planning & Young Talent” department in the German Desk covers the topics of Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) for the OEs of Allianz in Germany and Allianz SE, as well as the topic of “Berufsausbildung”, being responsible for the strategy and further development of apprenticeships, dual study programs, and trainee programs. The focus is on both meeting the long-term demand for skilled workers but also adapting apprenticeship and study programs to the market development and trends, e.g., digitalization, demographics, agility, AI, etc.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
Manage a department of currently 9 specialists in the above-mentioned areas Ensure that Strategic Workforce Planning supports the OEs in forecasting their future personnel demands and initiating suitable measures to cover these demands Continue to develop the training and study programs together with the local programs Work closely with the OEs of Allianz Germany and their Board of Management as well as with Group People and Culture
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualification:
Professional experience in project management and steering, including communication with senior stakeholders Strong expertise in HR, preferably in talent attraction and recruiting, learning & development and apprenticeships, dual study programs, trainee programs Preferably working experience in at least one of the German Allianz entities Strong conceptual skills, joy of familiarizing with new topics, developing suggestions for optimization and implementing them Structured way of working, strong analytical skills and strategic way of thinking Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
University degree in economics, human resources, law or a related field Professional experience at AE level or passed MKT AE Solid MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel Fluency in written and spoken German and English Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plusDo we have what you need?
