Project management process governance and strategic planning Establish a clear project management framework and ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with the plan. Make SIG AP yearly project planning according to business targets. Project execution and monitoring Overall management of all running projects of SIG AP, including project planning, coordination, execution, monitoring and evaluation. Lead 1~2 SIG’s global top 10 projects by himself/herself, which may occupy ~50% of the PMO total time Project reporting to key stakeholders and Leadership team. Organizes (with PMO) gate/milestone review meetings according to PCP process and procedures and drives decisions on Leadership level. Overall management of SIG AP’s project budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and control. Optimize the utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment Team Leadership and Management Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing project management team. Take ownership to solve critical issues for running projects, step in when needed, helping project managers to solve the critical issues. Assign tasks and responsibilities and monitor team members' performance Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Build and Maintain Team Collaboration Establish good relationships with your team members, encourage them to share ideas and work together, and promote an open and inclusive team culture. Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolve conflicts and problems between departments, and promote teamwork. Encourage team members to think outside of the box, experiment with new ideas and push the boundaries of what is possible.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Education background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Working experience: Minimum of 8 years of project management experience Minium 3 years in managerial role Experience from packaging or equipment industry will be a plus. Language skill: excellent written, verbal facilitation and interpersonal communication skills in English skilled. Soft skills: Result driven. Utilize R&D and cross functional resource to achieve project on time in full. Experienced in strong leadership ability, team management ability to achieve targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
