Department
The NI Sales organization provides a single interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the NI Sales organization ensures strong alignment between sales, pre-sales and delivery teams.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor or Master degree in a STEM-faculty or advanced business management degree from a renowned university. Mimimum 5 years of successfully leading, motivating and managing a high tech technology sales team, with demonstrated experience in selling to a wide range of customers in a variety of sales models. Excellent written, communication and presentation skills with fluency in Polish (native) and English is mandatory. Solid experience in solution sales and channel sales (minimal 3 years). Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned territories. Preferred experience and knowledge in the area of procurement processes Preferred working experience in a company with a highly developed business culture Highly developed negotiation skills Creative, Analytical and ability to act across horizontal structures Confident and experienced in building CxO-level relationshipsWhat you will learn and contribute to:
As part of the Central-Europe Sales team, you will drive:
Accountability for key business objectives (orders, sales, margin and cash collection) for NI products and solutions for Poland Responsibility for all NI related business and sales related activities in Poland ensuring a strong coordination with other NI, Nokia Sales teams and Partner Mgt teams that are operating in Poland. Defines, owns and executes strategic growth plans per account and market, including sales development programs and specific actions to accelerate growth. Focus on generating fundamental growth in NI by understanding the portfolio, the market dynamics, the partner ecosystem and customer needs Leadership of the sales team resources allocated to this segment and providing leadership and steering of cross-funtional teams (marketing, partner mgt, pre-sales, delivery) where required Accountable for the GTM strategy and execution for the NI Business in Poland for all types of customers in the CSP, AltNets and Neutral Hosts segments. Identifies and develops new business opportunities, in collaboration with pre-sales experts. Constantly interacts with key stakeholders within customers and partners, understanding their objectives, challenges and remit to increase own effictiveness. Coordinates activities among sales, pre-sales, partner mgt and other functions based on in-depth organisational understanding (Mode of Operations, Processes, etc.) and relevant market knowledge, in order to meet business objectives and targets. Participates in pricing strategies and contract negotiationas and actively provides input to those. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services, Contributes to strategic decisions with own defined scope (account, portfolio, geography etc). Solves complex problems based on sophisitcated analytical thought and complex judgement Establishes a long-term relationship with customer's senior executives based on strong business and professional expertise to enhance business partnership and alignment. Drives thought leadership, the shaping of sales strategy and providing senior management advice within the area of expertise. Typically with Europe wide, sometimes global impact.
