Principal responsibilities

Formulate robust business plans and pricing strategies to accelerate growth in unsecured lending, domestic and international payment volume, product profitability, risk adjusted returns and market shareDrive the development of new product features, digital capabilities, sales channels and innovations to strengthen loan-on card, personal loans and payment propositions, and enhance customer experienceSteer the design and development of customer-led loan origination and payment journeys and drive digitalization of transactionsDevise insight-led acquisition, usage and retention strategies to grow and sustain relationship of strategic segments throughout the customer lifecycleCollaborate with Risk on credit risk and opportunities management such as review of underwriting criteria, evaluate and balance risks taken and revenue generatedLead partnership management and maintain collaborative relationship with clients, merchants and partners within the payment ecosystem
