WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage a multidisciplinary Solution Engineering team focused on Industry value propositions & customer/consultative storytelling to drive results in The Netherlands and Belgium Lead the transformation of our Solution Engineering activities, in this master the ‘Art & the Science’ of Pre-Sales. Leverage standardized tools to ensure efforts are repeatable and responsive to customer needs, while allowing innovation across offerings with the aim to be continuously more relevant and results oriented Proactively identify customers for focused pursuits and partner with Sales leadership to drive the value story into each customer stakeholder map, generate engagement at all levels and achieve impact Drive & inspire the strategic growth of your region with a higher local purpose and alignment, as well as a deep understanding of the geographic and industry market needs Engage multiple cross functional resources pertaining to customer needs and product enhancements Manage hiring needs, as well as performance and growth of the members of the teamWHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED? The ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of technical & value-based pre-sales specialists and managers Excellent communication, storytelling creation and impactful presentation skills Proven ability to become a trusted partner to customers and peers, articulating business benefits and value of technical solutions Effective collaboration & networking Consultative selling abilities and high customer empathy Resilience, positivity, and good judgement in the face of uncertainty Results driven with a “can do” attitude and a continuous improvement and innovation mindset
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
>10 years of experience in Pre-Sales as a leader Proven track record of advising customers on decisions and direction with industry best practice solutions Good knowledge of SaaS applications and how they fit/support both Corporate IT & Business objectives Sales methodology knowledge, including consultative value selling Strong negotiation skills Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent Fluent in English and Dutch – French a plus.Career Level - M4
