Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities:Lead the design and year over year refresh of Sanofi’s Procurement strategy in partnership with the PLTLead team of 3-5+ direct reportsBuild Procurement's long-term strategic planning capability, providing best practices and governance and raise awareness across the organization about the importance and benefits of effective procurement frameworksResponsible for defining procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing a system for continuous performance monitoring and improvement (i.e. Procurement 360)Leverage Procurement Services to track compliance to adjusted frameworks, ensuring that change management activities are executed effectivelyAccountable for the development and execution of procurement category strategies and SRM in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectivesFacilitate strategic alignment between Procurement domains & cross-functional internal stakeholdersAbout You:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven experience (15+ years) in a senior procurement role, with a focus on global strategy development and implementation, as well as deep understanding of digital tools and processesSignificant experience in managing teams (10+ years), with the ability to manage cross-cultural teams remotelyStrong understanding of procurement regulations, industry trends, and best practicesExperience in data management best practices in ProcurementExperience in Product ownership and IT development conceptsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levelsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions with unerring focus on generating business valueFluent in English is a must
