In this role, you will be developing digital transformation offerings, "India for India" products, and providing global product development support. You will help us navigate an era defined by significant technological shifts, new business models, and new partnerships. This role enables leadership in digital innovation and establishes a best-in-class foundation to bring these innovations to market through external and internal collaborations, amplifying Grundfos' impact. **Your main responsibilities:** + Lead the Industry Division's global digital development activities in India, with full responsibility for ideating and developing digital solutions. + Continuously assess projects through the lenses of desirability (customer validation), viability (business model design), and feasibility (technical realism). + Strategically drive and manage back-office operations and competency development, establishing the India hub as a critical enabler of the global organization’s success. + Create and maintain a pipeline of customer-proven innovation ideas. + Drive requirements definition through customer engagement and hypothesis testing. + Be accountable for the budget of all product development activities. + Ensure a meaningful work environment aligned with Grundfos Values and Purpose. + Ensure the current product group portfolio is the best performing in the market. + Oversee the development of complete technical solutions and projects, including large, small, and solution development projects and maintenance, in close alignment with Product Management and Global Program Development Management. + Sign off on Declarations of Conformity (DoC). + Act as a senior stakeholder for product development in selected projects. + Manage capabilities linked to product visions and roadmaps. + Drive and deploy division strategy within the department together with relevant stakeholders. + Support and deploy strategies supporting One Grundfos within the department (e.g., Modular Systems Journey). + Lead agile transformation and mindset. + Collaborate, align, and agree on capability needs outside product development (Product Management, CTO, Operations, and external partners). + Inspire, motivate, and enable teams to innovate within the resources given. **Your background:** + Relevant educational background with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or similar). + Proven experience in leading and developing people within an international corporate environment. + Commitment and extensive background in digital and product development in a corporate environment. + Proven track record in delivering “India for India” products. + Experience working in cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholder management. + Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. + Willingness to travel when required. **Leadership and Supervision:** + Demonstrates leadership and the ability to find solutions in complex situations. + Manages and leads teams through broad practical experience across major functions within or across businesses. + Provides clear direction, motivates and empowers others, recruits high-caliber staff, offers development opportunities and coaching, and sets appropriate standards of behavior. + Ensures the right skills level and actively plans for needs and capabilities to match. **Applying Expertise and Technology:** + Directly influences the development of divisional strategy. + Moves the development agenda forward within the division and influences the broader development agenda. + Analyzes complex issues and significantly improves, changes, or adapts existing methods and techniques for the greater good of Grundfos. + Applies specialist and detailed technical expertise, uses technology to achieve work objectives, develops job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development, and demonstrates an understanding of different organizational departments and functions. **What’s in it for you?** You’ll be an invaluable part of our global leadership team, a diverse network of pioneers guiding others in seeing possibilities, not problems.
