As the Head of Product Management for Secondary Distribution Automation (SDA), this role encompasses the oversight of the respective product portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the profitability of the entire product portfolio, developing product and promotion strategies and facilitatingtechnical sales and business development. Furthermore, it involves leading a team in Goa, India and collaborating closely with Customers on an international scale, with Sales, R&D and Operations.
What role will you assume?
• Oversee profitability as an entrepreneur.• Manage a team of 4 Product Managers• Coordinate with Sales, Verticals and other PLM departments to expand the SDA Product portfoliothrough various channels.• Work with Operations to plan factory loading, product forecasts and Order Intake• Enhance PLM optimization and efficiencyEssentials for Achieving Your Goals Effectively:• Leader in Product Lifecycle Management or experienced professional in Product Lifecycle Management• Puts customer in the centre of all activities• Experienced in portfolio strategy development with an entrepreneurial mindset• Familiar with SI EA Secondary Distribution Automation portfolio is a plus• Understands Energy Automation markets and DSOs• Familiar with applied IEC standards and knows Cyber Security Concepts for power grid operators.• Inspires colleagues through customer focus and innovation• Trusted advisor to SI EA Management and Customers• Master's degree in electrical engineering• Willing to travel up to 50%• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plusOur Offerings:• An open-minded work environment allowing for creativity in business models and technical solutions• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard• Attractive remuneration package• Development opportunities for both personal and professional growth • An environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work and feel a sense of belonging.• 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family. • Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG
