Head of Product Strategy - Mobility Payments Solutions - JP Morgan Payments - Executive Director

J.P. Morgan Mobility Payments Solutions is the joint venture of Volkswagen Financial Services AG and J.P. Morgan. J.P. Morgan’s Mobility Payments Solutions (MPS) team responsible for delivering e-commerce and digital payments solutions for the automotive and broader mobility ecosystem.

As a Head of Product Strategy within the J.P. Morgan Mobility Payments Solutions team, you will shape and execute our Business to Business (B2B) payments strategy, with a focus on mobility (transport) and marketplace sectors. You will define the long term vision, identify market opportunities and ensure our proposition aligns with customer needs and industry trends.

 

Job responsibilities:

Reviews industry trends and competitive insights, focusing on mobility (transport) and marketplace verticals, to inform product development and refine go to market (GTM) approachDefines product positioning and pricing models to enhance value proposition for clientsEvaluates and prioritises new product requests from sales teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needsDevelops business cases for new product initiatives, outlining market opportunities, competitive positioning, feasibility and financial impactDevelops strategic rationale for joint ventures or partnerships to enhance speed to market or to offer specialised regional or product capabilities.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proven experience in Payments, Fintech or Digital Financial Services Proven ability to build and present business cases, quantify market opportunities, and drive prioritization decisionsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teamsInterest or experience in mobility (transport) and / or marketplace (e-commerce, payments) trends and technologies

 Demonstrable strategy and commercialization (including pricing) focus is advantageous
