FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Purchasing / Purchasing Manager - Program. The focus of this role will be to lead a diverse international team of purchasing professions. Focus on the position will be both employee management and forward thinking problem solving activities.

Daily Responsibilities

Manage company objectives as it pertains all supplier activities, requirements, and cost initiatives for the organization.Prepare and implement purchasing strategies for the local and regional purchasing organization while considering the global company purchasing structure.Supporting the initiation and the execution of contract negotiationsLeading, developing, and assisting all department employees enabling a culture of trust and collaborationPushing forward the department goals and agenda to anticipate future market conditions and other situations that could inhibit the goals of the company.
