GBS PS (Project Management Services & Transformations) mission is to support organizations in terms of advisory, management and implementation of transformation projects, including M&A, process optimization, and digitalization, on a global level. We bridge the gap between a conceptual strategic consulting approach and hands‑on operational implementation to deliver measurable results.

Your mission will be…

As a Head of Project Services & Transformations (PS) WEA, you develop and drive a business strategy for profitable growth, combining it with action plans for sustainable improvement. With your extensive expertise and a holistic consulting approach, you will help our clients effectively implement and further develop our service offerings. You will consult with executives, department heads, and various key stakeholders to align goals, make improvements, and strategize. You coordinate sales activities locally / regionally and with HQ function. You need to predict and identify the skills matrices the team will require to meet customer demand, effectively maintain the proper utilization of the team members. You enable the culture of trust and high-performance by motivating the full potential of the team and assisting in their professional growth. You will influence and leverage collaboration within a globally networked organization to deliver competitive offerings to customers. You must review business related financial reports and take appropriate actions to meet the business targets. Through continuous analysis, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and the quality of methods and processes used. As an advocate for our Global Business Service, you will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and evolution of our service offerings.

We are looking for someone with…

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field is required, Master’s degree in Business or related field is a plus. You have > 10 years of extensive knowledge and experience in managing large complex projects, in consulting, and/or service business. You have experience in leading/coaching a team of direct reports. You have deep analytical skills. Ideally, you already have Siemens and/or industry (consulting) experience, and you are able to articulate trends and potential, clearly and confidently. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all management levels. You are flexible and open to travel domestic or international up to 20% You are experienced in both traditional and agile project management methodologies and ideally hold relevant certifications (e.g., PM@Siemens, IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, or SAFe). You are proactive, quality-driven, results-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, German would be a plus.
