Proclinical is seeking dedicated individual for the role of Head of Projects & Architecture to lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent performance and an inspiring environment. The role focuses on the implementation of transformation projects, efficient stakeholder collaboration, and creating optimal conditions for project success. The successful candidate will support department management in strategic development, manage supplier relationships, optimize IT systems, and introduce innovative technologies to support business challenges. Resource and budget planning and reporting are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent performance and an inspiring environmentEnsure high-level implementation strength in transformation projectsCollaborate efficiently with stakeholdersCreate optimal conditions for successful project implementationSupport department management in strategic development of the operating modelDevelop strategic supplier management and maintain partner networksConsolidate and optimize the system landscape with a suitable IT target architecturePromote and introduce innovative technologies in the IT environmentPlan and report on resources and budget

Key Skills and Requirements:

University degree in computer science or equivalentExperience in the energy industry is an advantageTeam player with a passion for developing solutions and a drive for further developmentManagement experience with strong communication skillsExtensive experience in IT projects/programsProfessional experience in designing, documenting, and developing ICT architectures in larger companies, ideally for critical infrastructure operatorsHands-on experience with hybrid architectures and security by design approachesFluent in German and English, both written and spoken (French is an advantage)
