We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Propositions to join our Product & Technology Division. The core responsibility of this role will be to develop and manage the proposition portfolio across our Growth Markets division (currently 7 countries) and emerging markets. This will involve overseeing the entire proposition development lifecycle, from concept to customer satisfaction, ensuring delivery of high-quality propositions to meet the needs, identify new opportunities for growth, as well as manage the performance of existing propositions and ensuring consistent customer value is delivered.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Design new propositions to meet the needs of our target market and enhance existing propositions to ensure they continually provide customer and commercial value.
Analyse emerging trends in the market, competitor proposition developments and customer insights, adapting our proposition portfolio as required to ensure our propositions remain market leading
Lead and drive the E2E proposition development, coordinating sign off across the business, launching new propositions in market to drive growth and revenue for clients and D&G
Work closely with the Ops (Service & Contact Centre) & Product teams to ensure our propositions deliver great customer experience and seamless journeys for Sales and Claims
Analyse the performance of propositions after they have launched, ensuring they are in line with D&G strategic objectives and risk appetite and meet relevant regulatory requirements. Analysis to include customer value, commercial performance, complaints, service levels, and customer insights
Our successful candidate will have:
Proven track record in proposition development, management, and with acquisition growth.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across all levels of the business to drive appropriate business outcomes.
Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to think about, plan and drive the evolution of propositions.
Delivery focussed, with a track record of galvanising key stakeholders across the business to work collaboratively to deliver a new proposition or an enhancement to an existing proposition to market.
A ‘can do’ person, who can lift energy levels and motivate people to deliver on their behalf
This great opportunity will have strategic impact on D&G business to achieve sales and retention strategies by developing the right proposition and supporting client’s growth and relationships.
This role would also have opportunity to lead cross-functional teams of varying seniority to develop long and short-term customer propositions.
The role will include travel across our EU and UK locations as and when required.
