Your Role
As the Head of the Sustainable Power Commodity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable power solutions, including combustion engines powered by Diesel, HVO, or Hydrogen, fuel cells, and engine auxiliary systems (such as thermal management and filtration). In this role, you will:
Lead with Trust and Vision: Inspire and empower your team to excel.
Foster Creativity and Innovation: Explore new opportunities and approaches to enhance your leadership and expertise.
Manage a Global, Diverse Team: Cultivate an inclusive, high-performing environment across different cultures.
Build Strong Supplier Relationships: Drive excellence in quality, sustainability, capacity, and costs to maintain a competitive edge for our customers.
Lead High-Level Business Review Meetings (BRM): Engage with key partners to drive strategic discussions.
Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with major sustainable power accounts.
Develop Business Strategies: Work cross-functionally to create effective strategies in your area of expertise.
Co-Lead the Powertrain Global Technical Council (Powertrain GTC): Influence business-related decision-making.

You Bring:
A strong business mindset with a passion for sustainable growth.
Some 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commodity management.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global environment.
A collaborative leadership style that fosters trust and engagement.
A curiosity for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ideally, technical experience in internal combustion, auxiliary systems, and future alternatives.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and a willingness to travel occasionally to support your global team.
