Proclinical is teaming up with a leading pharmaceutical company to find a dynamic Head of Quality, Digital Transformation (Director)

Are you ready to lead the change in digital transformation?

This leadership role focuses on steering and harmonizing both internal and external stakeholders towards the Digital Roadmap of the Global Quality Organization. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Leadership Team, the Digital Technology organization, and the Digital Innovation Quality Lead.

Responsibilities:

Design, drive, and monitor the implementation of the Global Quality Digital Roadmap.Oversee the deployment and lifecycle management of the Veeva Quality module.Develop and implement an outsourced service model for operational activities.Drive the development and maintenance of a data warehouse and front-end applications.Collaborate with the Quality Digital Innovation Lead for successful Proof of Concepts.Integrate the Global Quality Digital Roadmap within governance processes.Design and monitor KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and capacity.Develop a data governance framework for high-quality, reliable data.Maintain an inventory of Global Quality-owned digital solutions.Ensure compliance with Quality Systems, particularly Computer System Validation and Data Integrity.Stay updated on digital technology evolutions and best practices.Monitor regulated (GxP) operations and support audits or inspections.Author, review, and approve SOPs, Deviations, Complaints, Change Controls, or CAPAs.Lead and manage the team, ensuring performance and development.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Expertise in leading digital transformation projects.Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.Proficiency in change management and stakeholder management.Team leadership and people development skills.In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, especially Computer Systems Validation and Data Integrity.Experience with configuring Veeva systems is a strong asset.Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
