Position Description

An exciting opportunity awaits individuals who are passionate about quality, compliance, and operational excellence. As the Head of Quality, you will take the helm to steer our quality standards towards excellence. In this pivotal role, you will champion a culture of quality and accountability, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed industry standards.

What You'll Do Design and lead comprehensive quality audit strategies that align seamlessly with our goals, encompassing every phase from planning to reporting. Keep our audit methodologies cutting-edge and reflective of the latest best practices in the MRO sector, positioning us as leaders in the industry. Conduct rigorous quality audits that uphold our commitment to compliance with internal policies, customer expectations, and regulatory standards. Inspire and guide audit teams in conducting thorough assessments of our operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance at every turn. Collaborate with departments in audit finding investigations for root cause analysis to develop actionable plans that address identified deficiencies, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Prepare and present insightful audit reports to stakeholders, spotlighting key findings, emerging trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement. Facilitate conversations with senior management and teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders including regulators to enhance collaboration and foster a spirit of trust. Safeguard all contracted terms and ensure adherence to protocols while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practices. Regularly review and update audit policies to reflect the latest regulations and industry standards, ensuring we remain at the forefront of compliance. What You'll Need Vocational background in engineering or a related field; a degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous. Aircraft maintenance license and authorizations for aircraft/engine/component maintenance or design are preferred. Strong communication skills (spoken and written), with proficiency in English. Certification in auditing techniques from a recognized organization, with relevant training. Minimum 10 years of experience in audit, quality assurance, or compliance, ideally in aviation or MRO. Strong understanding of MRO regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Managerial experience with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and regulators. Open and driven to implement innovative solutions that enhance quality and efficiency with sound project management experience in implementing and measuring improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving, skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and advocate for necessary changes. Proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities, with initiative to address them.
