About this opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to Head the Networks Radio team and drive RAN Domain business in MOAI (Oceania, South East Asia and India markets). The position holder will be responsible to enhance our domain-specific sales activities, contribute significantly to our vision and position Ericsson as the Leading Technology partner.
He/she should have a strong techno-commercial understanding, with an ambition to grow RAN business across the market. And will work in close coordination with RAN software, Core cloud software and KAM organization and drive business synergies.
What you will do Own the entire Ericsson Radio Network products portfolio for the market area. Identify promising leads and cultivate potential opportunities at a strategic level and influence the vision and strategy of our customers through thought leadership. Responsible for requirements management, roadmap management, new product introduction planning, localization of product marketing and value creation argumentsTo build a proactive organization that seeks out new business opportunities, drives short- and long-term initiatives based on customer dialogue and establish trust and business partnership.Work with multiple Customer Unit (CU) or KAM organizations by driving opportunities to deals.Secure that the Networks team is close to the customer at all levels, from initial engagement to final acceptance.Perform resource and competence planning to ensure the availability of required competence.Drive knowledge management and thought leadership across the market area, and work with global business units to share and gain knowledge relevant for business. Other tasks Develop required technical and soft skills, periodically perform resource dimensioning based on sales funnel and financial forecasts to support business in MOAIAnalyze internal operations, OKR/ KPIs and identify areas of process enhancement and productivity improvements.Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, internal and external stakeholders.Drive all Ran Engagements, RFP RFI across MOAIWork in close cooperation with inter department Network Services, commercial management, supply organization, core and cloud teams via structured cross collaboration teams, driving sales, contracts, deployments, and ensure best TCO, Network capabilities.
The skills you bring in
University degree in Engineering or equivalent. Master degree considered an advantage.18 plus years of proven success in Network RAN Product Management, presales, Radio and Baseband design, and business analyticsStrong personal track record of sales and sales support experienceDeep understanding of sales process, models, and strategyStrong track record in leading a high energy, customer-centric and performance driven organizations.Financial acumen and skillsStrong cultural awareness and excellent language skills to enable communication throughout the organization.Change Management and Transformation skills.Excellent interpersonal, social and presentation skillsGood relationship within the Business Units, Product owners and customer organization will be an added asset.Strong communication and value argumentation skills Strong leadership skills
