**Job Title** : Head of Reception **Salary:** £26,000.00 per year **Location:** Cathcart and Winn, Surrey branch **Job Type:** Permanent, full-time **Hours:** 40 hours per week, opening times of the Practice is 8am - 7pm Mon - Fri and 8.30am - 4pm on Saturdays; Flexible shift pattern over opening times and Saturday cover required. **_We are looking for an experienced, pro-active associate to join our friendly team as a head of reception_** **Your role and responsibilities** The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive client care experience, and preferably leadership duties, within the veterinary (or similar) industry. We are looking for someone that is able to lead by example to promote positive, open communication across all teams and go above and beyond for our clients. This role will require extensive communication with clients, staff, the wider team and other businesses by telephone, face-to-face, email and possibly some good, old-fashioned letter writing, so you must be confident and competent across all.
