The job holder oversees the scope of Maintenance & Reliability within the Site Engineering function. Incumbent will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance in our new Modulus plant.

 

Main responsibilities

Overall plant reliability, advocate for site reliability programMaintenance value, cost effectiveness, safetySpare parts and service provider managementContinuous improvement and efficiency opportunitiesCalibration and periodic qualification programsResponsible for staffing (talent, sizing, performance)Responsible for reliability strategy and processes (FMEA, RCA, CAPAs)Responsible for workflows for work order managementResponsible for reliability input for projects, LTAP input to CAPEX planResponsible for identification of reliability/maintainability/HSE improvementsHSE performance (injury rates, near misses, pSIFs)Equipment & facility reliability (including financial impacts)Compliance (deviations, CAPA, change ctrl, training)Site maintenance spend (budget, headcount, parts, services)Standard work order and reliability engineering metrics

 

About You

 

Skills & Experience

Engineering degree or equivalent (advanced/MBA preferred)People manager skills (talent, performance, development)Training or certification in maintenance/reliability/metrologyBudgeting and financial controlStrategic planning and objectives management
